As User Experience Designer, I worked to improve the overall experience of landing pages, legal questionnaires, payment pages, email templates, mobile site interactions, and the resume builder product. This project required working in two different established design styles.

In this role, I developed a project to create document bundles for users and advocated for user chat, apple pay integration, and legal document bots to offer improved customer service. In addition to this, I also contributed to a variety of promotional marketing graphic design projects.
